February 2018 (1st Quarter) Wine Club Information

As an Allegro Wine Club member, you will receive our Winemaker's Selection each quarter. This collection of wines is personally selected by our winemaker, Carl Helrich, for the club option you joined and features new wine releases, wines we're almost sold out of, etc. Of course, you do have the option to customize your wine club package prior to billing each quarter. This time around the wine club billing date is February 1st.

In this first wine club collection of the new year, our Barrel and Split club members will receive two new releases: 2015 Bridge, and 2016 Skin-Fermented Chardonnay, a member favorite. In addition we'll include the 2016 Cabernet Franc and Cabernet Sauvignon which made its debut during the November wine club pick up weekends in case you missed it.

Sweet wine fans will cheer at the release of another new sweet fruit blend: Pop, Allegro's first wine using juicy sweet cherries. Stay tuned for the return of Funk and Karaoke, hopefully in May.

New wine releases are typically held and released to our wine club members first. These new wines make their debut as part of the Winemaker's Selection and are not available for tasting until February 2nd.

Updating Your Membership Information, Shipping/Pick Up Preference

You may make changes to your wine club membership account anytime by logging in to your account. You may also update how you'll receive your wine (pick-up at the winery; ship directly to your home or business; or, a UPS Store).

ALWAYS: Select “Save My Changes” whenever you make any changes in your account.

Shipping to a UPS Access Point (store) is a new convenient option available if an adult age 21+ will not be home to sign for your package during regular UPS delivery hours. and instead pick it up at a UPS location near you. You can select this option once you log in to your account by clicking on the box “shipping directly to recipient”. You'll see any UPS locations closest to you that you can select.

When and How to Customize Your Wine Club Package

January 22 – January 31: During this period you can customize your wine selections from the Winemaker's selection for your club.

After you log in to your Club account, select “View my club order”. You'll see the Winemaker's Selection for this quarter. You may change the selections, increase/decrease quantities of the wine varieties, etc. as if you were simply placing an online order.

When you're finished, select “Payment” to review your selections for this quarter's club package. Then select "Checkout" and “Ok-Place my order” to confirm.

February 1: Wine Club Billing Date - Please note that our system requires us to bill for your wine before a packing list can be created.

February 2 thru February 28: Wine Club Pick-Up Period (Reminder: If you picked up your wine in the last quarter you received reusable wine totes. Please bring them with you.)

Wine  Club Pick-Up and Member Mixer Weekends

Join us between 11am to 5pm on February 3-4 and 10-11 to pick up your wine club collection. Of course, we'll have the new wines available on these weekends for tasting.

Wine Club Shipping begins on February 12th. A UPS tracking number will be emailed to you when your wine has been billed. The tracking number will become active and traceable after UPS picks up the package from the winery.

Reminder: Club members residing in Pennsylvania who have elected to have their wine shipped will notice a $.50/bottle PA excise tax (required by law) applied on their invoice at the time of billing. This is included as "Shipping" on your invoice but the actual shipping is still free for 12-bottle members.
