Allegro Winery

Our first Extra Dry Vermouth is made from grapes hand-picked from our vineyards. It displays ripe flavors of lemon-soaked stone fruits with hints of apples, pears, and apricots subtly warmed with notes of herbs and spice.

This velvety Vermouth is delicious as part of a classic martini or create a simple modern cocktail by adding soda and a twist of lemon or orange.
